ER POH SENG TIOK
Er POH SENG TIOK has more than 20 years’ experience in large scale mass transit, railway design and construction projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and other parts of Asia. Currently, he is the Planning and Design Director for Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRTC) in Malaysia, implementing the MRT projects in Kuala Lumpur. He manages the MRTC Design Group covering disciplines such as Architectural, Civil & Structural, Alignment, Geotechnical & Tunnels, Interface Coordination, BIM/GIS, Programme & Planning, Development Building Control and Transport Planning. Prior to joining MRTC, he has worked in the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore as well as in various International Consultancy firms. Seng Tiok was involved in almost all the major railway projects in Singapore as well as projects in Hong Kong and other rail projects in Asia. Seng Tiok was also a practising Professional Engineer in Singapore for major MRT projects such as Singapore’s first steel fibre reinforced concrete bored tunnels in Singapore Downtown Stage 3 Contract C933

Ir MUHAMAD ZULQARNAIN ISMAIL has more than 18 years of experience in Structural Engineering Consultancy, Design Management and Construction. Currently he is working as the Head of Development Building Control (DBC) Section under the Planning and Design Department for the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd. In his capacity, he is entrusted to lead and bring the DBC section to a new level of best practices and standards in Stakeholders/Third Parties Engagement in regard to design submission and review for the process to obtain the MRT Corp No Objection Letter prior to SPAD approval process in line with the Railway Protection Regulation. He holds a Master Degree in Concrete Structures from Imperial College, United Kingdom and a Degree in Civil Engineering from University of East London, United Kingdom. He is a Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a Chartered Structural Engineer United Kingdom, and also a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers United Kingdom

AMIRA RAZAD BINTI MOHD MUSTAFA is an Engineer with MMC Gamuda Project Delivery Partner (PDP) for the SBK Line MRT. She holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, Majoring in Oil & Gas Structures, from University Technology Petronas, Tronoh, Perak. She was a Gold Medalist at the Science & Engineering Design Exhibition (SEDEX 26) for her Final Year Project.

THILAGARAJA PUNUSAMY has more than 15 years of experience in the Railway industry, starting his career with maintenance in various systems such as Signalling, Telecommunication, Overhead Catenary Line and Traction Power Subsystems. He was attached for various projects which played important roles in testing and commissioning, project involved such as KTM Sentul- Batu Caves extension, Suvarnabhoom ARL, Bangkok and ERL extension to KLIA2. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Northumbrian University, United Kingdom and is currently in-charge of the System Integration of KVMRT SBK Line and successfully completed the Phase 1 and now in-charge of the System Integration of Phase 2 SBK Line which includes the migration of phase 1 & 2
ANIZA ABU BAKAR

ANIZA ABU BAKAR is a Senior Design Manager for MMC Gamuda the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) for the SBK Line MRT. She is 36 years old and holds a Master Sc. (Hons) in Construction Management, UTM Johor, Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also holds a BSc.(Hons.) Arch, from UTM, Faculty of Built Environment. She first worked on Transit Projects in 2008, on the Dubai Metro Red Line and then the Green Line with Obayashi Corporation of Japan joining the PDP.
